Refund policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Velany Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Wellness supplements and patches
  • Personal care items
  • Earrings and intimate jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

  1. Contact sales@velanystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the return to the address provided with your RA number.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind or wrong size/color: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the item you want is available.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
